Title: Proposal abstract 1) canteen 2) objectives: promote graciousness amongst the student community, - as well as the students to clear the plates in the canteen after eating. - don't throw litter on the floor - keep the canteen clean for the enjoyment of others. - Inculcate the CHRIST values in students, esp. Sense of Responsibility & Respect for others ( eg. Thank You and no cutting of queues!! ) 3) deliverables: - Posters AIM: To raise awareness on offences the students are committing. * ungracious acts in the canteen eg. leaving dishes on the table, dishes not returned to respective stalls, etc. * encourage people to be gracious in the canteen. eg. GET IN LINE, Return the plates to the proper stalls, dispose used plastic bags properly, etc. - Video clip AIM : to raise awareness on being gracious Storyboard: We will be using dolls to act out the play. The play will be about a person who has a habit of being ungracious and displaying ungracious act everywhere he goes.People did not like his attitude and started ignoring him. One of the student decided to teach him a lesson. The man told the public to act ungracious like the boy. People cut his queue , threw banana skin on the floor which resulted in his fall , etc...... The boy learnt his lesson and started being gracious. Target: To achieve our main aim that is to encourage people to be more gracious in 2 months. - more students clearing their rubbish and return their plates to the respective stalls. 4) measures to quantify progress: |
